Blueberry Pear Smoothie

Add to blender:

  • 1 chopped ripe pear about 1 cup
  • 1 Tbsp of fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup of water

Blend until smooth:

  • Add
  • ½ cup of fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Sugar to taste
  • Blend and add more water to desired consistency
  • Top with freshly grated nutmeg or sprinkle ground mace on top
  • Garnish with lemon slice
