Caribe Mango Smoothie

Add to blender:

  • ½ ripe mango
  • 1 cup coconut milk beverage*
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp ground cardamom

Option:

  • Add ¼ cup pineapple chunks or juice (not canned)
  • Blend well. Serve with toasted unsweetened coconut flakes or lime slice

*Note: Do not use pina colada coconut milk or can products. Coconut water may be OK but read label first
