Add to blender:
- ½ ripe mango
- 1 cup coconut milk beverage*
- 1 cup ice
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ tsp ground cardamom
Option:
- Add ¼ cup pineapple chunks or juice (not canned)
- Blend well. Serve with toasted unsweetened coconut flakes or lime slice
*Note: Do not use pina colada coconut milk or can products. Coconut water may be OK but read label first
