Instructions:
- 3 Tbsp chopped mint leaves
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 3 Tbsp wine vinegar
- Puree
- Whisk in 2-3 Tbsp of olive oil for an emulsion. Allow flavors to blend for 30 minutes before using.
Serving Suggestions:
- With brush apply sauce to chicken pieces or eggplant slices when grilling.
